Whether I am working with an individual adult or a couple, I am always working with what I describe as “human ecosystems.” We are ALL a unique combination of our brains, bodies, relationships, and minds. We all express these interactions through our many desires, memories, hopes, and dreams, When they are well integrated, coordinated, and in sync, we feel and function well and our lives flourish. As we all know, the consequence to any of us when our “ecosystemic coordination” fails involves pain, loss, despair, anxiety, confusion, dread, and a thousand other damaging possibilities. My central role, as your therapist, is to help you bring your hopes and dreams back into alignment or to help you forge new possibilities for creating a fulfilling life and relationships going forward.
